The Kick-off Meeting of the J384 Lufeng 8-1 Jacket Project was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of Chiwan Tower on August 5. Gao Shuang, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Center of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch and General Manager of the Project, Yang Lianfeng, General Manager of Offshore Oil Engineering Project, Wang Hong, Deputy General Manager of China Classification Society Shenzhen Branch, and the Company’s General Manager Li Wenkun and Deputy General Manager Ge Zhihai, and other members of the project team attended the meeting.

The J384 Project Manager of the Company gave a detailed report on the procedure documents and drawings in the preliminary preparation of the Project, arrival of materials, human and equipment input, etc., presented estimated risk points during execution, and put forward measures. Everything is ready for the Project to start construction.

 The Company has maintained good communication and cooperation relationship with the employers of the Project. We have jointly built “Haiji No. 1” outside our region. The memory of us working together through wind and rain and tackling difficult problems is still fresh. This time, as the Project will be built in our region, the Company has even greater confidence.
